Youth Director

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to create and implement a ministry program that focuses on the spiritual formation and discipleship of youth ages 6th-12th grades, and build relationships of trust and accountability with youth and youth parents. This position also recruits, develops, and equips adult leaders from the congregation to lead within the youth program and aid in the spiritual development of our young people. This is a part-time, year-round position designed to enhance the ministry of Florence Methodist Church. Please contact the church the church office or email Rev.
